 Avoidance of conflict through situational Awareness.

Effective Self-Protection training encompasses these as core elements but also consists of the physical actions necessary for escape. 

Individual classes are tailored according to specific needs and take place
in the KSTSK purpose built studio in Letchworth Garden City.
